As a single point of entry for people affected by HIV/AIDS, Frannie Peabody Center offers client-centered services that address the unique challenges of each individual. FPC programs mirror the National HIV/AIDS Strategy, which aims to reduce new HIV infections, reduce HIV-related health disparities, and increase access to care to optimize health outcomes.


HIV Case Management

Providing linkage to insurance, medical care, supportive services and community resources to support sustained health stability.


Housing Assistance 

Federally-funded housing assistance for eligible individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Maine.


Peer Support

Support group for people living with HIV led by Licensed Social Workers


Prevention Services

Free, confidential testing for HIV and Hepatitis C,  as well as help with PrEP & PEP navigation, outreach and education.

The distribution of HIV self-test kits by Frannie Peabody Center is a project of: Enhancing Community Capacity to Support HIV Self-Testing supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $148,757 with 100 percent funded by CDC/HHS.
